Colored Houses

We interrupt this program for a special bulletin. The colored houses have invaded Romania. They are out in the streets and dangerously painted in candy shades of pink, salmon, peach, lavender and more dusty pinks. Beware of these colored houses, they can steal your heart in one single glance. Any citizens who spot these houses, please report back to Meeha Meeha immediately!

  1. Super super cute! Kind of wish my block looked like this. But then again, I do love the bricks on my street :)

    1. So you've got brick houses on your street, how lovely! These colored houses are in a village far away, 100 miles from my home town.

  6. Lovely - I'll have the pink one between the purple and orange! I've been to Romania a few times and loved it. Such beautiful unspoiled countryside. The smell of woodsmoke always takes me straight back there.

    1. Ann, thank you for the lovely comment! These colored houses are in a very remote village and you are so right: the locals were making the autumn cleaning, trimming the trees and burning all the fallen leaves. The smell of smoke brings back wonderful childhood memories!
